The Creditor

The creditor has the sole right of selling his claim whenever it pleases him or her. This can be done on Ecex.Exchange through a simple contract of assignment and other necessary documents.

The Debtor

Although the debtor can use Ecex.Exchange as a passive observer, there are other opportunities that individuals in this category can enjoy. One of such is making useful agreements that will help with payment deadlines, better cash flow and lower costs.

Token Distribution Structure

The PlanetZiggurat token will be based on smart contracts running on Ethereum (ERC20 compliant) and will have a ticker name of ZIG. The total token supply is expected to be 531,000,000 ZIGS, with the goal being a maximum of $53 Million. There is no minimum capital goal.

Please note that tokens not sold during the event will be destroyed.

The initial price of the Ziggurat token is 0.0004561163 ETH for 1 ZIG. To make it easier for you to understand, that’s 1 ETH for 2400 ZIG. Here is how the token will be distributed;

Token Distribution

Ten percent of the token will be allocated as Foundation, while 14 percent will be shared evenly between the Partners and Founders. The advisors will receive 6 percent and 4 percent will be reserved for bounty service. The remaining 66 percent will be made available for the token sales.

You won’t get the token immediately after purchase. There is a wait period of between 3 to 4 weeks after the token sale before distribution. Also, note that you’ll need to provide an ERC20 compatible wallet to receive your token.
